A sinking or uneven foundation is a very serious problem that can have a huge negative impact on the value of your home. The problem usually features early warning signs such as minor cracks in the foundation walls. These can be vertical, horizontal, or stair-step cracks. Minor cracks should not be ignored. More serious indicators would be cracks open more than ¼”, as well as sticking windows, doors, and cabinets. These symptoms indicate that the house is definitely on the move.

How We Repair
The service to fix a sinking or uneven foundation would involve URETEK Deep Injection® (UDI) of our polymer resin under the affected areas. We typically inject directly under the foundation at two depths to densify the soils. Where levelling is required, we inject enough polymer resin to lift the structure back to grade. Then, based on the original condition of the home and the process we used to address the problem, will typically provide the homeowner with a guarantee.
