Brent Barron, CEO
Mr. Barron began his 50+ year sales and management career in industrial pump manufacturing and sales, where he rose from sales engineer through branch and regional manager. He served as President of a major Texas foundation construction and repair company for fourteen years. In 1991 he became CEO of URETEK USA, with U.S. and Mexican manufacturing and distribution rights for patented products and services in the pavement lifting and soil stabilization markets. The company services Departments of Transportation, Departments of Public Works, and is responsible for pavement, bridge, tunnel and airport facilities nationwide. Mr. Barron attended the Air Force Academy and completed degrees in business and mathematics at the University of Houston.
Michael Vinton, President
Mr. Vinton started his career for URETEK USA as our Louisiana Sales Representative. Through his expertise for project sales and management he now represents URETEK USA as COO and VP Sales and Marketing. He graduated from the University of Houston with an Electrical Engineering degree in 1986. He worked as a project engineer and later as a project manager for Fluor Corporation on assignments which included Alaska, Abu Dhabi, and various domestic locations. His successful representation of URETEK USA has been highlighted by his ability to sustain remarkable growth in sales volume and profits. As COO & Vice President of Sales and Marketing for URETEK, Mr. Vinton now assumes management responsibility for the national sales and operational efforts of the company.
Randall Brown, VP Engineering
Randall W. Brown, PhD, PE has over 38+ years of international experience in civil engineering with specialties in geotechnical and pavement engineering. Upon retirement from the United States Air Force (USAF), Dr. Brown served as a USAF consultant for 7 years prior to joining the URETEK family of companies in 2004. Dr. Brown completed his undergraduate studies at Auburn University and his graduate studies at the University of Florida. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.
Ed Hibbard, VP of Sales
Mr. Hibbard started his 20 year sales career in the mortgage industry, working his way up to Regional Vice President, managing multiple states across the country. In 2008, Mr. Hibbard changed direction and made the move into the Oil and Gas sector, working for Rex Supply Company where he achieved a rank of #2 in Sales. In 2012, Mr. Hibbard joined URETEK USA Sales, covering the North Texas, Louisiana and Arkansas regions. After receiving top sales recognition in 2014 – Mr. Hibbard was promoted to Regional Sales Manager and now leads a sales team covering the Central and Western United States. He credits his success at URETEK USA by staying true to one philosophy: Pavement preservation is a partnership. Customers come and go, clients are for a lifetime.
Dave Crowley, Eastern and Mid-Atlantic Regional Sales Manager
Mr. Crowley started with URETEK USA in 2002 as a territory manager in the Washington DC area. Prior to joining URETEK USA, Mr. Crowley worked for a firm that manufactured and distributed caulks, sealants and polymer foam products. Mr. Crowley now leads URETEK USA sales teams for the Eastern Region.
Mark Richardson, South West Regional Sales Manager & Marketing Manager
Mark joined URETEK USA in January 2015, bringing a diverse sales background in the Oil and Gas field and the mortgage industry. He personally covers North Texas and Louisiana, while managing a sales team that covers Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, New Mexico and Arizona. Mark received his degree from Texas A&M and bring military experience from his time in the United States Air Force.
